Rock Island Apartments- Irving, TX; 154 units

Raised $3MM from my passive investor group to acquire this $7.175MM Class C, 1973-built asset on February 5, 2016. Sold Rock Island for $13.65MM in August 2018. Investors more than 2.5X’d their investment, greater than a 160% total return, in just 2.5 years of ownership OR greater than a 64% average annualized return.

The Hub

The Hub- Arlington, TX; 168 units

Co-GPs and myself raised $14MM+ from our investor groups to acquire this $23.5MM, 1980-built Class B asset. Closed on this asset acquisition on November 29, 2022.

Park Ridge Apartments- Mesquite, TX; 98 units

Raised $3.59MM from my passive investor group to acquire this $9.5MM Class B, 1983-built asset on November 15, 2018. Sold Park Ridge for $14.8MM on July 15, 2022. Investors more than doubled their investment, greater than a 100% total return, in less than 4 years of ownership OR greater than a 27% average annualized return.

Northaven Terrace Apartments- Dallas, TX; 208 units

Co-GPs & myself raised $6MM from our passive investor groups to acquire this $21.3MM Class C, 1968-built asset on May 15, 2019. Sold Northaven Terrace for $32.25MM in early August 2022. Investors earned greater than a 125% total return in just over 3 years of ownership OR greater than a 38% average annualized return.

Fairmeadows

Fairmeadows Apartments- Duncanville, TX; 200 units

Raised $2.8MM from my passive investor group to acquire this $7.425MM Class C, 1972-built asset on July 15, 2015. Sold Fairmeadows for $15.4MM on January 29, 2018. Investors more than tripled their investment, greater than a 225% total return in just 2.5 years of ownership OR greater than a 90% average annualized return.

Las Palmas Apartment Homes- Irving, TX; 116 units

Raised $1.3MM from my passive investor group to acquire this $3.535MM Class C, 1960s-built asset on July 30, 2013. Sold Las Palmas for $5.050MM on November 25, 2015. Investors more than doubled their investment, greater than a 100% total return, in less than 28 months of ownership OR greater than a 42% average annualized return.
